General Discipline

Students are required to observe order and silence at all times in the college especially during working hours.

Students are forbiden to take any active part in political agitation against the authority. Students are prohibited from organizing any meeting or entertainment at the college of collecting money for the purpose within the college premises with out the permission of the authority.

Students found guilty of going over to other colleges to take part in acts of indiscipline, such as organizing demonstration and strike would be deemed and would be punished accordingly.

Students are forbidden to affix posters, display materials and other articles on the walls of the college building and its premise without prior permission.

Ragging in any form inside or outside the campus is considered as criminal offence and any one found indulging in ragging in any form shall be expelled from the institution as per ‘1998 THE KERALA PROHIBITION OF RAGGING ACT, (Act 10).


Students should be panctual for lecturers and practical classes. 80% attendance is compulsory for both theory and practical.

Students are expected to assemble in the class room 5 minutes before the beginning of the class when the name shall be called and absence of any student noted.

No students shall be absent from the class unless such absence is satisfactorily explained. Leave request should be submitted before availing the leave and should state clearly the ground for the leave, number of days and the dates for which leave is required.

If for unavoidable circumstance leave cannot be obtained in advance, the reason should be explained at the earliest opportunity available.
